JOB OVERVIEW

Role Purpose:
We are a bakery selling brownies, cookies, coffees, and drinks, in-store and online. We are looking for a creative and organized Marketing & Graphic Design Assistant to help bring the Brownies & Bites brand to life across digital and physical channels. This role will support our social media presence, create marketing materials, and help produce engaging content for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Create promotional materials for seasonal launches and in-store and online campaigns
- Design marketing materials (flyers, posters, promotional materials, menus, social graphics, etc.)
- Create and schedule Instagram and TikTok content
- Assist with content planning and organizing social media calendars
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut
- Help organize photos, videos, and brand assets
- Track marketing projects and deadlines using Google Sheets
- Research trends, content ideas, and creative inspiration
- Support customer engagement and online community building

Requirements:
- Design experience required (portfolio/examples preferred)
- Basic CapCut/video editing skills
- Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok content creation
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and visual taste
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently and bring creative ideas to the table
