JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing specialist with experience with GoHighLevel to take the lead in producing and managing a new marketing plan/system to assist in the growth of our compliance services business. This exciting role is ideal for someone who is both technically skilled in marketing automation and creatively driven. You will be responsible for building and optimizing marketing systems using GoHighLevel, website SEO, managing digital campaigns, and supporting executive-level administrative tasks.

Work Schedule:
> 40 hours per week
> Must overlap at least 2 hours with GMT (UK)
> Daily check-ins required during initial training period
> Weekly progress meetings
> Communication via email and WhatsApp

Key Responsibilities

GoHighLevel & Marketing Automation:
> Build, manage, and optimize automations and workflows within GoHighLevel
> Develop and maintain pipelines to improve lead generation and conversion rates
> Set up CRM systems, triggers, and follow-up sequences
> Continuously improve marketing systems for efficiency and performance

Sales Funnels & Landing Pages:
> Design and build high-converting sales funnels
> Create engaging landing pages that capture leads and drive action
> Optimize funnels based on performance data and user behavior
> Copywriting to provide engaging content to our website and ads.
> Ongoing SEO including keywords, link building etc.

Digital Marketing:
> Plan, create, and manage social media content across relevant platforms such as META
> Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
> Track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

Executive Assistant Support:
> Manage email inboxes and respond to enquiries when needed
> Organize and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings
> Assist with general administrative and operational tasks
> Liaise with and manage our current marketing agency as required

Requirements:
> Proven experience using GoHighLevel (automation, pipelines, CRM setup) - we want expert level candidates
> Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media and Google Ads
> Experience building sales funnels and landing pages
> SEO
> Canva proficiency
> AI proficiency including ChatGBT
> Excellent organizational and time-management skills
> Strong written and verbal English communication skills
> Ability to work independently and take initiative
