???? Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Marketing Executive/Manager to support the growth of our accounting, bookkeeping, and taxation services across the UK and UAE markets.
This is a remote-first role (Philippines-based) for the initial 12 months. Based on performance, the company will offer visa sponsorship and relocation to either our UK or UAE office.
The role focuses on digital marketing, lead generation, and client acquisition, particularly targeting SMEs, contractors, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn,
Generate qualified leads for accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, and tax advisory services
Optimise campaigns for cost-per-lead (CPL) and return on investment (ROI)
2. Market-Focused Campaigns (UK & UAE)
Develop targeted campaigns for:
UK SMEs, landlords, contractors, and startups
UAE free zone companies, SMEs, and corporate clients
Create region-specific messaging aligned with local tax environments
3. Content & Branding
Produce high-quality content (blogs, newsletters, guides) on:
UK taxation and compliance updates
UAE VAT and corporate tax developments
Strengthen brand positioning as a trusted financial services provider
4. Website & CRM Management
Manage website performance, SEO, and landing pages
Maintain CRM systems and track customer journeys
Implement lead nurturing strategies
5. Performance Monitoring
Track KPIs including:
Lead generation volume
Conversion rates
Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports
6. Business Development Support
Coordinate with internal teams to convert leads into clients
Identify partnership opportunities and referral channels
