THE ROLE

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Events Assistant to serve as the operational backbone for our event strategy. This role manages the logistics for over 15 annual in-person events and our monthly webinar series. This is a perfect opportunity for a self-starter who thrives on organization and flawless execution.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

To be considered for this role, you must submit a Micro-Project alongside your resume. Applications without the required PDF will not be entertained.

How to Apply:

- Email: ----------
- Subject Line: Marketing Events Assistant Applicant: [Your Full Name]
- Required Attachment: Your Resume + Your Micro-Project (Must be in PDF format).

THE CHALLENGE: 90-MINUTE MICRO-PROJECT

Submit a brief, presentation-style PDF showcasing your planning skills. You may use any "mock event" of your choice (e.g., a real estate conference, a virtual workshop, or a product launch). Your PDF must include:

- The Event Timeline: A list of 5–7 high-level milestones (Asana-style) required to launch your event.
- The Outreach: A sample email inviting a guest speaker or vendor to participate in your event.
- The Registration Logic: A list of the 3–5 key data fields you would include on your webinar registration page to capture high-quality leads.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

- In-Person Events: Coordinate registration, vendor logistics, swag ordering, booth requirements, and shipping of marketing assets.
- Digital Events: Manage end-to-end webinar logistics, including registration setup, speaker tech checks, and post-event recording distribution.
- Project Management: Create and maintain event timelines in Asana; maintain the global events calendar.
Operations: Build out process "playbooks" in Notion/Asana and assist with marketing team projects as needed.

WHAT YOU BRING

- Experience: 1–2 years in marketing, events, or administrative roles.
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail—you never let things slip through the cracks.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for professional vendor and speaker outreach.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to learn tools quickly (Experience with Asana, Notion, or Zoom/Webinar platforms is preferred).
- AI Efficiency: Comfort using AI tools to increase efficiency is a plus.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE

- Clear Scope: You’ll know exactly what success looks like—flawlessly executed events.
- Autonomy: Once trained, you will own the execution and have the freedom to optimize processes.
- Impact: Our events are a major driver of growth; your work directly contributes to company success.
- Flexibility: Fully remote with a supportive team that values work-life balance.
