About Us
Little Nation is one of Australia’s fastest-growing kids’ lifestyle brands. We design and market innovative products like bikes, scooters, furniture, and play gear — and we’re expanding into New Zealand and the UK.
We’re building a dedicated PH marketing team to work alongside our AU Marketing Manager. Every role is supported by clear SOPs, Asana workflows, and structured playbooks — so you’ll always know exactly what success looks like.
Open Roles (Full-Time, Remote, PH Based)
1. Marketplace Manager
Manage Amazon AU/UK and other marketplaces.
Oversee listings, SEO, reviews, promotions, and compliance.
Coordinate with AU Ops & Product teams to optimise marketplace performance.
2. Paid Media Support Specialist
Assist in building and QA’ing ad campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
Upload creative assets, check campaign setups, apply brand-safety rules.
Follow daily, weekly, and monthly optimisation checklists.
3. Growth & Engagement Specialist
Execute daily engagement scripts (comments, replies, DMs).
Run giveaways, competitions, and community-building initiatives.
Support advocacy seeding and positive brand mentions.
4. UGC & Content Operations Specialist
Harvest, tag, and manage UGC across TikTok, IG, YouTube.
Handle rights approvals, licensing workflows, and asset storage.
Support Content Creator with cross-channel repurposing.
5. Ambassador Manager
Recruit, onboard, and manage brand ambassadors.
Coordinate content briefs, review submissions, and track deliverables.
Build strong community relationships and ensure ambassador activity aligns with marketing goals.
What You’ll Do
Work inside a SOP-driven system (no guesswork, every task has a playbook).
Use tools: Asana, Slack, Canva, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Amazon Seller Central.
Collaborate daily with the AU Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams.
Focus on measurable outputs — clear KPIs, checklists, and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
Strong written English and communication skills.
High attention to detail — accuracy is critical.
Experience in at least one of the role areas (ads, engagement, UGC, ambassadors, marketplaces, influencers).
Proactive, organised, and eager to learn.
Work 9 to 5 PHT. Our office is in Perth, Australia GMT+8
