About Bandou:
Bandou is a fast-growing children’s headphone brand. We hold official licensing deals with
major globally recognized brands, with more in the pipeline. We sell direct-to-consumer and
are expanding into wholesale and retail. Our team is lean, remote-first, and moves fast.
The Role:
We’re looking for a Marketing Designer who combines strong visual execution with genuine
commercial instinct and exceptional organizational skills. You’ll own our marketing creative output
across every channel and touchpoint.
This is a full-time individual role. We are not looking for agencies, studios, or contractors juggling
multiple clients. We want one person who is fully committed to Bandou and treats this brand like their
own.
The right person sees what needs to be done, plans ahead, flags deadlines before they’re missed,
and brings ideas to the table unprompted. If you thrive in structured environments that you help

What You’ll Own:
Visual Design & Creative Execution
You’ll be the creative engine behind our marketing visuals. This includes some ad creatives,
campaign assets, homepage banners, product imagery, pitch decks for retail and wholesale
partners, and any other visual touchpoint the brand needs. You produce work that is both visually
strong and commercially effective - you understand that great design in marketing exists to drive
action, not just to look good.
You’re highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable working with .ai files. You know
when and how to use AI tools to speed up your workflow - but you don’t lean on them as a crutch.
Marketing Calendar & Campaign Ownership
You own the marketing calendar. You know what’s coming, what needs to be built, and when it
needs to be ready — and you make sure it happens. You manage seasonal campaigns, product
launches, and ad hoc needs without needing to be reminded or followed up with.
When a campaign is on the horizon, you’re already thinking about what assets are needed, what the
creative angle should be, and how to make it perform. You bring that thinking to the founder, not the
other way around.
Who We’re Looking For:
? Proven graphic design skills with a portfolio that shows real marketing work - ad creatives,
campaign assets, promotional materials (not just logos and branding)
? Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including working with .ai files
? Exceptional organizational skills - you manage your own deadlines, maintain a clear
calendar, and never drop the ball
? Proactive by nature - you identify what needs to be done and do it, without waiting to be
asked
? Commercially minded - you understand what drives clicks and conversions, not just what
looks nice
? Perfect written English - you’ll be communicating professionally with external partners and
stakeholders
? Experience at a digital marketing or creative agency is a strong plus
? Familiarity with Shopify, Figma, or similar tools is a bonus
