JOB OVERVIEW

Hello!

We are a small, fast-growing real estate and marketing company based in Colorado, USA, and we are looking for a reliable, creative Virtual Assistant to support our team with marketing, design, and organization.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys design, social media, and helping bring ideas to life.

We value people who are proactive, organized, positive, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

You will help with a variety of marketing and administrative tasks including:

Social Media
Creating and scheduling posts for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Editing graphics and short videos
Writing captions and hashtags
Organizing content calendars
Design & Branding
Designing marketing materials in Canva (flyers, social posts, business cards, event graphics)
Creating presentation slides and PDFs
Editing photos and simple graphics

Website Support
Updating and maintaining our website
Uploading blog posts or listings
Making small edits and improvements

Email Marketing
Creating and sending email newsletters
Formatting marketing emails
Managing contact lists

General Support
Organizing files in Google Drive
Helping prepare marketing materials
Researching ideas or tools
Assisting with small projects as needed

Tools We Use
Experience with some of these is helpful:
Canva
Google Workspace
Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Website platforms (WordPress or similar)

Email platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar)

What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills
Creative eye for design
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable and responsive
Comfortable learning new tools
Ability to follow instructions and also bring new ideas

Bonus Skills (Not Required)
Video editing
Real estate marketing experience
Website design
Social media growth strategies

Hours
Part-time to start (10–20 hours per week)
Potential to grow into a long-term role.
