JOB OVERVIEW

WHO WE ARE

We’re a premier pet care company based in Sydney, one of the largest privately owned dog walking businesses in the city. We’re looking for a talented Marketing & Creative VA to join our growing team long-term.

THE ROLE

You’ll work directly with our marketing lead to bring our brand to life across email, social media, and paid ads. This is a creative execution role. perfect for someone with strong design skills, great taste, and an eye for detail.

We are seeking this role as a part time position with view to full time for the right candidate

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design (40%) — Create beautiful graphics in Canva for social media posts, email templates, ad creatives, blog headers, and brand assets. You have taste and can spot what looks good.
• Email Marketing (25%) — Build and send email campaigns and flows in GoHighLevel (we’ll train you on our systems). Newsletters, promotions, welcome sequences, review requests.
• Social Media (25%) — Schedule and post content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Turn photos and videos our walkers send in into engaging posts, Reels, and stories.
• Content Support (10%) — Light copywriting, image editing, basic video trimming, community management (responding to comments/DMs from a template).

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

• You’re a Canva pro with a strong design portfolio
• You’ve managed social media accounts for real businesses (not just personal accounts)
• You’ve built and sent email campaigns in GHL, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar
• You have great written English and can write short captions and email copy
• You love dogs (bonus — this makes the work fun)
• You want a long-term, stable role with a team that values your work
