To date, we have helped 100+ companies, and trained 2000+ industry professionals, across 50+ countries in all major industries. Founded in 2018, we are headquartered in Brisbane, Australia but work virtually with most of our team based in the Philippines.

The company is growing with a small team of full-time and part-time contractors working across the Asia-Pacific region, currently all reporting to the General Manager, also based in the Philippines whilst our Managing Director is based in Brisbane, Australia. We deliberately hire talent in different regions of the world to keep costs down, create diversity, and build a multi-lingual team.
Role Purpose
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for driving online sales growth through B2C marketing initiatives, with a focus on optimizing existing systems, improving conversion performance, and ensuring every campaign contributes directly to revenue.
This role will oversee the Affiliate Program, manage lead segmentation using RightMessage, and conduct a full audit and optimization of HubSpot
The Marketing Coordinator will also manage and monitor paid campaigns to drive online course sales and continually refine strategies based on data and performance insights.
Responsibilities
As Marketing Coordinator your initial responsibilities will consist of:
Demand Generation and Strategy
-Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on driving online B2C conversions.
-Plan and manage marketing campaigns, PPC campaigns primarily for B2C (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads,
-Continuously monitor, test, and tweak campaigns to optimize results and maximize performance.
-Use RightMessage to manage lead segmentation, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience (B2B and B2C). Monitor performance, refine targeting, and adjust settings as needed by leveraging analytics / insights from Segmetrics.
Affiliate Program Management
-Oversee and manage the company’s Affiliate Program using TrackDesk.
-Test and validate system functionality, ensuring affiliates are properly tracked and rewarded.
-Monitor affiliate performance, identify top-performing partners, and develop strategies to drive participation and conversions.
Email
-Review, audit, and optimize
-Identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion rates.
-Make recommendations for adjustments and implement approved changes.
-Ensure marketing automation and workflows support the company’s inbound marketing and lead nurturing goals.
Marketing Analytics and HubSpot Management
-Develop and maintain a marketing performance dashboard to track key metrics, such as lead volume, conversion rates, and website traffic.
-Integrate and manage HubSpot, cold
-Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and recommend improvements.
-Report on marketing activities and outcomes to the General Manager and Managing Director.
What Success Looks Like
Succeeding in this role will mean the Marketing Team establishes a steadily growing flow of online course sales, supported by consistent brand visibility and engagement across all channels.
Success will be measured by the following metrics:
-Affiliate Program is fully operational and generating measurable conversions.
-RightMessage segmentation is active and optimized for effective lead targeting.
-HubSpot workflows and sequences are running efficiently and driving engagement and sales.
-LinkedIn page is active with regular, relevant posts that maintain engagement and brand trust.
-Paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and
-Overall marketing performance shows measurable improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.

Your Skills
Your knowledge, skills and experience:
-Proven experience in inbound and outbound marketing, and demand generation.
-Strong digital marketing skills: PPC ads (Google, LinkedIn,
-Experience managing marketing performance metrics and reporting on results.
-Experience with HubSpot Marketing Solution is a requirement; Candidates with experience on Segmetrics, RightMessage and TrackDesk (or similar tools) will be given stronger consideration.
-Experience in PPC campaign management (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads,
-Excellent organizational and project management skills.
-Excellent copywriting and proof-reading skills.
-You are fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your written English is clear, concise, and accurate.
-A sound understanding / experience with automation tools and AI (LLMs, agents) would be a bonus, as would experience in leading/managing/coordinating a team
What’s on Offer
This is a long-term virtual role allowing you to work from home. You will work during Australian business hours i.e. your workday will fall between 7 am to 7 pm GMT+10 to ensure overlap with the rest of the team (who are based in the Philippines). There will be a 3-month probation period.
Base pay between USD 1,000 and USD 1,600 per month depending on experience and skills, with a 13th-month pay in December, 20 days of paid leave, an annual allowance of USD 1,000 towards Private Health Insurance and a chance to earn a performance bonus up to 3 months of salary (subject to business and personal performance).
