SALARY: AU$280/week — approx. PHP 53,800/month or USD $857/month. Full-time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing operations of two established Australian fashion brands. It is a hands-on, execution-focused role covering ad creative uploads, imagery and video editing, organic content posting, trade reporting and marketing admin.
Part of your week sits in Meta, TikTok and Pinterest Ads Manager and across our organic channels. The rest goes into a steady flow of imagery and short-form video — retouching garments, skin and backgrounds to a fashion ecommerce standard, and cutting CapCut edits for organic and paid. Both halves matter, so you will need to be genuinely comfortable in each rather than strong in one.
You will work alongside the Marketing Executive and ecommerce team, taking briefed creative through to upload, publishing and QA, and keeping performance reporting current across both brands.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Ad creative uploads
- Upload ad creative to Meta, Pinterest and TikTok Ads accounts
Imagery and video editing
- Retouch clothing, skin and backgrounds to a fashion ecommerce standard
- Edit imagery in Photoshop, Affinity and Canva
- Edit short-form video in CapCut Pro for organic and ad use
- File finished imagery correctly, tracking status through Edited > Uploaded > Approved
Organic social content
- Upload organic creative to Pinterest, TikTok and Instagram Stories
- Post to the Instagram grid and check everything published correctly, particularly where posting is automated
- Catch and fix formatting, cropping and scheduling issues before and after publishing
Trade reporting and analytics
- Review key metrics across Meta, Pinterest and TikTok ads accounts
- Pull revenue, spend and ROAS into weekly trade documents with WoW and YoY comparisons
- Use Shopify and ad platform analytics to support weekly reporting
CRM and influencer support
- Support the weekly EDM build and scheduling in Klaviyo
- Update automated flows each season
- Assist with influencer outreach and coordination
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Prior experience in a marketing assistant, digital marketing or social media coordination role
- Strong retouching skills in Photoshop and/or Affinity — garment, skin and background work to a fashion ecommerce standard
- Experience editing short-form video in CapCut, and comfortable in Canva for quick turnarounds
- Hands-on experience uploading and managing creative in Meta, Pinterest and TikTok Ads Manager
- Comfortable posting organic content across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest, including grid management
- Confident with performance metrics, and able to build WoW/YoY and ROAS reporting without being walked through it
- Shopify and Klaviyo experience is highly regarded
- Well organised, with a methodical approach to file management and QA
- Able to work autonomously across two brands in a remote setup
TOOLS YOU WILL USE
Photoshop, Affinity, Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Sheets
HOW TO APPLY
Please start your subject line with the word CROPS, so we know you have read this through.
Then send us three things:
1. One before/after retouch of a womenswear garment shot — your own work. We want to see the garment, skin and background.
2. A link to at least one brand social account you have personally posted to. An account, rather than a course certificate.
3. A short paragraph on what you check before an ad goes live.
We shortlist from these three, so please include all of them. A CV on its own does not give us enough to go on.
