We are currently seeking a highly organised, well-experienced, proactive, and detail-driven Marketing Coordinator to support and execute our digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for executing an existing 3-month rolling content strategy across digital platforms while continuously refining and enhancing performance through analytics and insights.
Strategic direction, content pillars, email strategy, and keyword guidance will be provided. Your focus will be on precision execution, optimisation, reporting, and maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
Because this is a design-focused studio working heavily with colour, a device with strong colour accuracy is ideal.

Key Responsibilities:
???? Execute Digital Marketing Strategy
Maintain marketing database and tools
Maintain and update collateral and creative assets
Grow audience and generate referral-based enquiries

???? Press & PR Coordination
Coordinate press commitments and press calendar
Schedule press meetings and interviews based on availability and priorities
Provide press contacts with high-resolution images and prepared press kits
Ensure alignment with the broader marketing strategy before confirming press commitments
Add confirmed meetings and deadlines to the calendar for full visibility
Maintain and update the press contact database to ensure information is current

???? Social Media Management
Execute the approved 3-month content calendar and digital marketing strategy
Coordinate the creation of the next quarterly content calendar (captions, hashtags, post formats) for approval
Coordinate and prepare all social media content and copy for posting across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with premium brand positioning
Schedule and publish feed posts, Stories, Reels, and LinkedIn updates according to the content calendar
Create polished social content from photoshoot images or existing studio assets and repurpose into suitable formats for different platforms (carousel posts, Reels, Stories, LinkedIn carousels)
Manage community engagement by responding to comments and direct messages, tagging partners, collaborators, and press appropriately, and reposting or acknowledging relevant mentions
Ensure campaigns remain visually consistent and aligned across all platforms, reflecting branding and positioning
Track performance metrics, including engagement, reach, follower growth, content performance, website clicks, and conversions
Provide monthly reports to the relevant internal coordinator
Recommend content optimisations and strategic adjustments to grow audience and engagement

???? Content and Studio Collateral (Canva)
Coordinate and update existing marketing collateral (studio profile, press kits, project materials)
Assist with minor edits or formatting of assets for digital/internal use or video repurposing
Ensure collateral remains consistent with current brand direction
Repurpose existing creative assets (videos, photos, graphics) into new formats

???? Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
Coordinate and schedule all planned email campaigns (newsletters, announcements, nurture flows) using existing branded templates
Maintain audience segmentation and keep mailing lists updated
Monitor nurture flows to ensure segmented audiences receive correct emails
Track and report campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and lead magnet downloads
Identify and troubleshoot bounced emails, delivery issues, or segmentation errors

???? CRM Management
Coordinate outreach and communications with partners, agents, and leads, ensuring timely and professional follow-ups
Track and manage interactions
Maintain 100?curacy in CRM (contacts, tags, lead statuses)
Collaborate to improve workflows and optimise processes
Manage email templates and nurture sequences within the CRM

???? Website Management (WordPress)
Coordinate website content updates with the creative team
Add new project pages, update press features, and post blogs
Ensure all content is free from errors, formatted correctly, and visually consistent
Check that pages, links, and media function correctly after updates
Coordinate for hard-coded updates or unresolved errors when required

???? Research & SEO
Support basic SEO tasks and research under guidance
Update and monitor Google Business Profile
Request Google reviews when appropriate
Report findings to the relevant internal coordinator

???? Strategy and Reporting
Prepare monthly reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), including:

---- Social media metrics (engagement, reach, growth)

Email
marketing KPIs (open rates, click-through rates, conversions)
---- Present monthly findings via online meeting or PDF report
---- Adjust the digital marketing strategy quarterly based on performance analytics and evolving business goals

???? Admin & Operations Support (Secondary Responsibility)
Manage press and events-related emails using Google Workspace
Maintain press and CRM contact databases
Manage calendar bookings for interviews, photoshoots, and PR-related events
Track awards and submissions
Monitor marketing systems and tools for new features and suggest improvements

Qualifications and Experience / Skills Required
???? Essential:
Previous 2–3 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Digital Marketing VA, ideally in lifestyle, design, or creative sectors.
Experience managing social media accounts professionally
Experience with email marketing platforms
Experience with the Copper and Klaviyo CRM systems
WordPress experience
Strong Canva skills
Excellent English communication skills
High level of organisation and accuracy
???? Desirable:
Experience working with premium or creative brands
Basic SEO knowledge
Experience in analytics reporting
