**START HERE**
Your application must begin with the word **BLUEPRINT**.
If it does not, we will not review it.
This is intentional. Great marketing requires attention to detail, and this is the first way we test it.
**ABOUT US**
We are a Virginia-based real estate sales and coaching company serving agents across the US.
Our founder, Dan Rochon, is a TEDx speaker, host of the *No Broke Months* podcast, and author of *Teach to Sell*, published by Post Hill Press and distributed by Simon & Schuster.
Our work is built around one promise: helping real estate agents create **Consistent and Predictable Income — CPI**.
Dan has used this system since 2008 without having a broke month.
Today, the brand includes a book, podcast, coaching community, training, real estate sales organization, and agents producing meaningful results.
We already have the ideas.
We already have the stories.
We already have the content.
We need someone who can turn all of that into consistent attention.
**THE ROLE**
This is not a basic social media posting position.
You will help manage and grow the content engine behind the brand.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube,
* Prioritizing short form video and finding strong hooks, moments, and stories.
* Managing the *No Broke Months* podcast, including guest coordination, editing, publishing, show notes, and clips.
* Repurposing long form recordings into multiple pieces of content for different platforms.
* Supporting the marketing of *Teach to Sell*, including Amazon and Audible review campaigns.
* Identifying and sharing stories from our agents, including their wins, challenges, numbers, lessons, and transformations.
* Maintaining a reliable publishing calendar.
* Reviewing analytics and adjusting the content strategy based on actual performance.
* Providing a simple monthly report on reach, views, opt ins, applications, wins, misses, and next steps.
We do not need someone waiting for content assignments.
We need someone who sees the opportunity and moves.
**HOW WE WILL KNOW YOU ARE WINNING**
Content gets published consistently without someone asking for an update.
One strong recording turns into ten or more useful pieces of content.
Important clips do not sit untouched in folders.
You know which posts worked and which ones did not.
You can explain what the numbers are telling us.
You can look at last month's performance and confidently identify what should be repeated, improved, or stopped.
And the biggest sign of success:
The audience starts connecting with the people, stories, and results inside the community — not just the founder.
**YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF**
* You have at least 2 years of experience managing social media, content, or digital marketing for a US or international brand.
* You can show us real accounts, channels, or campaigns you have worked on.
* You personally know how to edit short form video using CapCut, Premiere, Descript, or similar tools.
* You understand what makes someone stop scrolling and continue watching.
* You can write clear, natural English that does not sound generic or templated.
* You can manage deadlines and a content calendar without being constantly reminded.
* You are comfortable looking at analytics and making decisions from them.
* You can take a long interview, podcast, or training and quickly identify the strongest moments.
* You can work at least four hours overlapping with US Eastern Time.
* You have reliable internet and a backup option if your connection goes down.
**THIS PROBABLY IS NOT FOR YOU IF**
* You mainly want to design graphics and schedule posts.
* You need someone else to tell you what to publish every day.
* You have never edited short form video yourself.
* You rarely review performance after posting.
* You wait for detailed instructions before taking action.
* You regularly miss publishing deadlines.
* You dislike having your work measured.
* You believe posting more automatically means the marketing is working.
This role has clear expectations and clear numbers.
**OUR HIRING PROCESS**
We believe the work should speak louder than the resume.
Every application goes through the same initial review using the AI evaluation system our agents use, built around twenty years of top-producer sales experience.
Qualified candidates will then complete a short practical assessment.
That may include:
* Writing three different hooks for a video we provide.
* Reviewing a piece of content that underperformed and explaining what you would change.
* Building a simple 90 day strategy for one social media channel.
* Recording a 60–90 second video explaining a piece of content you are proud of and why you believe it performed well.
Candidates who perform well move into a **paid two week trial**.
We believe a real working trial tells both sides more than another round of interviews.
At the end, we should both know whether this is the right fit.
**HOW TO APPLY**
Send your application with the following information, in this order:
* **BLUEPRINT** as the first word.
* A link to your **portfolio** showing your best marketing, social media, video, or content work.
* Links to two or three social media accounts or channels you have managed, along with what you personally handled.
* Two examples of short form videos you edited yourself.
* Your expected monthly salary in USD.
* One sentence explaining the best performing piece of content you have created and why you believe it worked.
Applications that follow the instructions will be reviewed.
Applications that do not will not.
