JOB OVERVIEW

Bud Ecosystem is building the next generation enterprise AI infrastructure. We are a growing company that values innovation, clarity, and impact. As we scale our marketing function, we need a creative and detail-oriented virtual assistant to help us produce corporate-quality collateral that reflects our brand identity across every touchpoint.

We are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to support the Head of Global Marketing in producing high-quality sales and marketing materials, advertising assets, and presentations. This role is ideal for a self-starter who combines strong design sensibility with marketing awareness and thrives on translating brand guidelines into polished, professional deliverables.
You will be a core part of our marketing build-out, working closely with leadership to ensure every piece of collateral meets a corporate standard and is consistently aligned with Bud Ecosystem’s brand identity.

Sales & Marketing Collateral
• Design and produce sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, brochures, and product sheets.
• Create and maintain templates for repeatable collateral (pitch decks, partner materials, leave-behinds).
• Support the development of sales enablement assets that empower the go-to-market team.
• Adapt existing content for different audiences, channels, and use cases while maintaining brand consistency.

Advertising & Campaign Assets
• Design digital ad creatives for paid social, display, and email campaigns.
• Produce banner ads, social media graphics, and promotional visuals to spec.
• Resize, reformat, and version assets across platforms and placements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign briefs into compelling visual assets.

Presentations
• Build and refine executive presentations, investor decks, and internal briefing materials.
• Ensure consistent use of brand fonts, colors, imagery, and layout standards.
• Turn rough outlines or speaker notes into polished, narrative-driven slide decks.

Brand Stewardship
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all produced materials.
• Organize and manage a shared library of brand assets, templates, and approved imagery.
• Flag deviations from brand standards and recommend corrections proactively.

Requirements: Must-Have
• 2+ years of experience producing marketing or sales collateral in a professional or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Working proficiency in Canva and Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets).
• Excellent eye for layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work from brand guidelines and produce materials that are immediately corporate-ready.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.
• Professional written communication in English.

Requirements: Nice-to-Have
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology marketing environments.
• Familiarity with partner marketing and co-branded materials.
• Basic motion graphics or video editing skills
• Experience with marketing automation or CMS platforms.
• Portfolio demonstrating corporate brand work across multiple asset types.

What Success Looks Like
• Every deliverable is polished, on-brand, and ready for external distribution without revision loops.
• Turnaround times are reliable, and you proactively flag bottlenecks or capacity issues.
• The sales and marketing team has a growing library of high-quality, reusable assets.
• Brand consistency improves measurably across all customer-facing materials.
