Who We Are
We are a real estate team operating under eXp Realty of Canada, built on a simple idea: connection before transaction. We run as a system, not around a single personality — and everything we produce, from a listing flyer to a blog post, should feel like it came from the same place: clear, warm, and specific. No hype, no filler, no realtor clichés.
The Role
We're looking for a Marketing & Content Coordinator to own our day-to-day marketing output and keep our digital presence current. This isn't a one-off project — it's an ongoing role at the center of how our team shows up online, from a new listing going live to a new agent joining the team.
What You'll Do
- Turn new listings into social posts,
- Keep our website current: new agents, new listings, sold/expired updates
- Write and publish blog content — market updates, local insights, buyer/seller tips
- Build and maintain content templates for efficient, consistent, bulk content production
- Define and run a content pillar strategy — what we post, how often, and why
- Manage a posting calendar across our social channels
- Engage with our local Kelowna community online — not just broadcast, but participate
- Track basic performance KPIs on your own content and report on what's working
What We're Looking For
Years of experience matter less than demonstrated skill — show us your work. That said, here's what stands out:
- A strong creative eye paired with consistency — you can make things look good, on repeat
- Comfort with Canva, a CRM/email platform, and a website builder.
- Real, sustained writing ability — short-form captions and longer blog posts alike
- Experience building templates and producing content in bulk, efficiently
- Comfort using AI tools to help define and maintain a consistent brand voice
- A track record of managing your own calendar, deadlines, and quality control
- Willingness to learn our systems and work within an established brand
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with a real estate or luxury brand
- Experience working with BC / Canadian clients or markets
- SEO fundamentals — helpful for blog content, not a requirement
- Background in another fast-paced content or agency environment
