JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for someone who is creative, proactive, organized, and excited to help grow an emerging beauty brand. This is much more than a Virtual Assistant role. You'll become an important part of our team by helping execute our marketing strategy, engage our community, and grow our online presence.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys learning, and loves seeing the direct impact of their work.

Hours:

Part-Time
20 hours per week

Compensation

$6-$8 USD per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

Social Media

Schedule social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest
Repurpose content into multiple formats
Monitor comments and messages
Assist with community engagement
Help organize and maintain our content calendar

Email & SMS Marketing

Build and schedule email campaigns
Build SMS campaigns
Segment customer lists
Track campaign performance

Influencer & Brand Ambassador Outreach

Research influencers that align with our brand
Recruit new brand ambassadors
Maintain relationships with ambassadors
Track outreach and affiliate performance

Website & Marketing

Upload blog posts
Update Shopify banners when needed
Organize customer reviews and testimonials
Assist with product launches and promotions

General Marketing Support

Create graphics using Canva
Research trends
Bring fresh marketing ideas
Help grow our community organically
Qualifications

Required
