Marketing & Client Experience Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote
Hours: 10 hours/week to start (with opportunity to grow)

The Grotto Premier Body Massage is a growing massage therapy practice dedicated to helping clients relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve their overall well-being. Our vision is to become the premier wellness destination in the Twin Cities, and we're looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to help us grow.

Primary Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Content Creation
• Create a minimum of 3 engaging Reels per week
• Create 2–3 high-quality social media posts per week
• Edit videos in Canva
• Write engaging captions with strong calls to action
• Research trending audio, hashtags, and content ideas
• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats
• Schedule content in advance using Meta Business Suite or other scheduling software

Community Engagement
• Respond to comments and direct messages (as directed)
• Monitor engagement and notify us of potential leads
• Encourage reviews and user-generated content
• Track social media performance and recommend improvements

CRM & Client Relationship Management
• Maintain and organize our client CRM (Go High Level)
• Keep client records accurate and up to date
• Assist with client follow-up campaigns
• Help build automated email and text sequences
• Segment clients for promotions and newsletters
• Monitor inactive clients and help create re-engagement campaigns
• Track referral programs and client retention efforts

AI-Assisted Content Creation
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to:
• Generate social media ideas
• Draft captions and marketing copy
• Write blogs and educational content
• Create email newsletters
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts
• Improve workflows and efficiency

Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who is:
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Creative and enjoys marketing
• Excellent at written communication
• Comfortable learning new software
• Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable and proactive—not someone who waits to be told what to do

Preferred Skills
• Canva
• Meta Business Suite
• CRM (Go High Level) management experience
• Google Workspace
• Social media marketing
• Basic graphic design
• SEO knowledge (a plus)

Success in This Role
Within the first 90 days, you will:
• Produce at least 3 Reels and 2–3 posts every week
• Keep our CRM accurate and organized
• Help automate client communication and follow-up
• Save the business owner ~10 hours each week
• Increase consistency in our marketing efforts
• Help attract new clients while improving retention of existing ones
