Role Overview
As our Marketing & Business Development Specialist, you’ll own the funnel end to end: managing paid campaigns, creating content, analyzing results, and engaging directly with prospects and customers. While you will engage in outreach through calls,
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Lead Generation
• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting and messaging, and report on ROI.
• Write ad copy, landing page content, CTAs, case studies, and social posts to support campaign efforts.
• Create marketing collateral such as proposals, presentations, and project sheets.
• Collaborate with maintaining and updating the company website, social media, and digital presence.
• Coordinate branding consistency across internal and external communications.
• Support occasional RFP submissions, press releases, and thought leadership pieces.
Business Development Support
• Call and
• Re-engage dormant leads and nurture inbound prospects.
• Speak with customers for feedback, testimonials, and upsell opportunities.
• Assist with preparing proposals for RFP opportunities when strategic fits are identified.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and CRM records.
• Capture insights from market conversations to refine messaging and positioning.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in SaaS marketing, demand generation, or business development with proven marketing ownership.
• Experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and at least one additional B2B platform such as YouTube, Reddit, or others.
• Proficiency with marketing tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Canva (or Adobe Creative Suite), Mailchimp, Apollo, CRM systems (Dynamics a plus), and AI-powered marketing tools.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to create marketing materials and communicate directly with prospects and customers.
• Confident communicator on the phone with both prospects and customers.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to wear multiple hats in a small business environment.
• Team-oriented but capable of working independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
