JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Executive to support our US-based clients, primarily in the home care industry. This role focuses on lead generation, cold outreach, email communication, and relationship building.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a client-facing role, engaging with prospects through calls and emails, and consistently driving new business opportunities through structured outreach and follow-ups. Experience with CRM tools is preferred, but the primary focus is on traditional marketing and business development efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and prospecting
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and referral partners
Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and move them through the pipeline
Communicate professionally with US-based clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Understand client requirements and align outreach strategies accordingly
Prepare and share presentations, proposals, and outreach messages when required
Identify potential partnerships and referral sources to drive consistent lead flow
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
Track daily/weekly outreach activities and report progress to internal teams
Collaborate with internal teams to support client requirements and business growth initiatives

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
2–5 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or business development roles
Proven experience in cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation
Experience working with US-based clients or international clients
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to handle client conversations confidently and professionally
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
Strong follow-up, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities in a remote setup

PREFERRED SKILLS

Experience in home care, healthcare, or service-based industries
Familiarity with email marketing tools or outreach platforms
Basic understanding of marketing automation tools
Ability to prepare presentations and reports (PowerPoint/Google Slides)

WORK DETAILS

Remote Role (Philippines-based candidates preferred)
Must be comfortable working in US time zones
Full-time position
