Kind Bidder is an auction platform built for nonprofits, by people who've spent 15+ years running auctions and fundraising campaigns. Beyond the software, we run done-for-you auctions and fundraising for the nonprofits we serve.

We're not looking for someone who wants a job to clock in and out of. We want a builder who's excited about what we're creating and hungry to grow with us.

The Role

We need someone who can take ownership of our entire marketing infrastructure: funnels, automations, email sequences, audience segmentation, CRM integration, and paid ad management. You'll make sure leads show up ready to buy, not just curious.

This is full-time and remote. You need to be available US business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific, with a 1-hour lunch break. You'll report directly to the CEO and founder.

What You'll Own

Build and optimize sales funnels from landing page to conversion
Design and run marketing automation workflows: email, SMS, CRM-triggered sequences
Build audience segmentation based on pipeline stage and buyer behavior
Write email sequences that nurture leads through the sales process
Set up and manage CRM integrations, tagging, and tracking
Run Facebook/Meta ad campaigns: structure, targeting, creative testing
Track funnel metrics and find the bottlenecks
Test and iterate on every step of the funnel

You care about the nonprofit space and what Kind Bidder is trying to do
You want to build something, not maintain what's already built

We're not looking for someone who wants a task list and disappears, who only knows how to post on social media, who needs constant direction, or who's using this as a stopgap between jobs.

Compensation

Full-time, remote
$1,200 to $2,500 USD per month, based on experience
