JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a technically capable and self-directed Marketing Automation & Funnel Specialist to manage the digital marketing infrastructure for a growing online education business in the health and wellness sector.

The business owner — a practicing doctor — creates all content and ad creatives. Your responsibility is everything technical: auditing, building, fixing, and maintaining the systems that drive leads and conversions.

Your Core Responsibilities:

– Audit the existing marketing tech stack and deliver a prioritized implementation plan
– Fix Meta Ads pixel tracking and optimize leads campaign structure
– Correctly integrate ManyChat with the Meta Ads business account
– Build and manage HubSpot automation workflows, email sequences, and lead nurture flows
– Organize and segment existing HubSpot contacts from webinars and newsletter opt-ins
– Connect business phone number to HubSpot for SMS outreach capability
– Ensure ---------- landing pages are fully integrated with lead capture and CRM
– Maintain Zapier automations across the entire tech stack
– Support Google Ads setup in a later phase post website migration

We're Looking for Someone Who:

– Has hands-on Meta Ads experience — campaigns, pixel setup, leads form optimization — required
– Has solid HubSpot expertise — CRM, automation, email workflows — required
– Knows ManyChat and how to properly connect it to Meta Ads
– Is confident with Zapier across multiple platforms
– Works independently and communicates clearly and proactively
– Is available during UK business hours or in a compatible timezone
– Has excellent written and verbal English skills

– Background supporting entrepreneurs, coaches, or small business owners
– Ability to assess complex systems quickly and create clear action plans
