Marketing Associate (Offshore)
Reports to: Director of Marketing | Schedule: Full US Mountain Time overlap | Level: Entry-level
The Purpose of Your Role
Keep the operational backbone of the marketing department running accurately and on time
Ensure our location and listings data is correct everywhere prospective clients might find us
Give the Director of Marketing a reliable second set of hands on approvals, invoices, and follow-through
Free up specialist and leadership time by owning the recurring, detail-heavy work that keeps everything else moving
Success Indicators/KPIs
Location listings (Google, Apple Maps, Lyft, etc.) show near-zero discrepancies on audit
Approvals move through the pipeline with no bottlenecks caused by missed follow-up
Asana stays current with minimal manual cleanup required from the Director of Marketing
Invoices and vendor items are resolved proactively, not chased down after the fact

Attention to detail and accuracy under repetition
Reliable follow-through without needing reminders
Organization across multiple concurrent, checklist-style workstreams
Clear written communication for notes, follow-ups, and status updates
Core Responsibilities
Audit and maintain Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, Lyft, and other directory listings for accuracy
Route business cards, name tags, and collateral through approvals; track down and reconcile invoices
Take meeting notes, track action items to completion, and keep Asana current
Support proofreading, file organization, and QA checks on website links/CTAs as assigned
The Skills and Expertise You Have
0–2 years experience; strong English written/verbal skills
Basic proficiency with Google Workspace; ability to learn Asana, Salesforce quickly
Reliable internet and full-time availability during US Eastern business hours
Prior admin, marketing ops, or virtual assistant experience preferred (healthcare/regulated industry a plus)
