JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and reliable Part-Time Marketing Associate based in the Philippines to support our marketing activities.

Responsibilities:
1. Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
2. Write engaging captions, basic marketing copy, and promotional messages aligned with brand guidelines
3. Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
4. Design simple graphics and marketing materials using tools like Canva
5. Respond to comments and messages, helping maintain positive audience engagement
6. Conduct basic market and competitor research
7. Track and report key performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions)
8. Support email marketing efforts, including drafting newsletters and promotions
9. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm marketing ideas and content strategies
10. Handle other marketing-related tasks as needed

Requirements:
1. Must be currently based in the Philippines
2. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
3. Strong written and verbal English communication skills
4. Ability to create engaging content and simple marketing copy
5. Familiarity with social media tools such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
6. Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or similar platforms
7. Comfortable using common online tools (Google Workspace, email, spreadsheets)
8. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
9. Willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt to marketing strategies
10. Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup
11. Prior marketing experience, internship, or relevant coursework is an advantage but not required
