About Us:
We’re a US-based healthcare startup supporting over 50 medical providers across multiple states. As we continue to grow our digital presence, we’re looking for a resourceful and organized Marketing Assistant based in the Philippines to work directly with our Co-Founder and CMO. This is a hands-on support role for someone who can handle a mix of marketing tasks, digital projects, and virtual assistance with flexibility, accuracy, and follow-through.
If you have experience supporting US clients, especially in healthcare, and are comfortable managing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced startup environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll work closely with our CMO to support day-to-day marketing operations, including:
-SEO Content Creation: Write and optimize blog posts, website copy, and other materials with strong on-page SEO
-Social Media Content: Create, schedule, and manage posts across
-Directory Management: Maintain listings for 50+ providers across platforms like Google Business, Healthgrades, ZocDoc, and Vitals
-Graphic Editing: Use Canva (or similar tools) to edit visual content for digital channels
-GoHighLevel Tasks: Assist with campaign setups, automation edits, landing page tweaks, or contact list updates
-Project Support: Help execute various marketing initiatives and serve as a reliable assistant on both recurring tasks and one-off projects
-Virtual Assistance: Calendar scheduling, light research, inbox management, and coordination support for the CMO
What We’re Looking For:
-4+ years of digital marketing experience supporting US clients (healthcare preferred)
-Experience using GoHighLevel for marketing automation, CRM, and campaign workflows
-Ability to write clear, engaging content with SEO in mind
-Solid graphic editing and social media scheduling skills
-Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
-Strong written and spoken English
