**Marketing Assistant — Mobile App & Children's Brand (Part-Time, Remote)**
We're looking for a hands-on digital marketer to own the marketing for two Dubai-based businesses — not follow task lists, but actually drive results. Part-time to start, with a path to full-time.
**The Two Businesses**
**Graspa** — an iOS/Android flashcard app for language learners. Marketing is at ground zero. You'll build the acquisition engine from scratch: paid ads, ASO, social content, everything.
**A well-known children's play and music franchise in Dubai.** Established brand, local parent audience. You'll run social media, local ads, WhatsApp campaigns, and event promotions.
**What You'll Do**
*Graspa:* Run paid campaigns (Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads) · Own ASO (keywords, screenshots, A/B testing) · Create and manage social content · Produce graphics and short-form video in Canva · Track and report on installs and acquisition metrics
*Children's franchise:* Manage social media (content, scheduling, engagement) · Run local Meta/Google ads targeting Dubai parents · Execute WhatsApp broadcast campaigns · Create content for events and birthday parties
**What You Need**
- Proven mobile app marketing experience — real downloads, not just page management
- Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and App Store/Google Play campaigns
- Portfolio or case studies showing campaign results (required)
- Canva proficiency
- Strong written English
- Able to work independently
*Bonus:* Children's/family/education brand experience · Short-form video editing · WhatsApp marketing tools · Analytics platforms (GA, Adjust, App Store Connect)
**Why This Role**
Real ownership across two different channels. Fully flexible, async schedule. Variety every day. Room to grow into full-time.
**To Apply**
Share your portfolio and a short note on your app marketing experience — what app, what you did, what happened. No portfolio = no review.

Same content, roughly 40% shorter. The mid-dot format for responsibilities keeps things scannable without the visual weight of full bullet lists. Want any further tweaks?
