Marketing Assistant: GoHighLevel + Social Media Marketing | Part Time | $7 to $8/hr
Location: Remote, Philippines based preferred
Schedule: Part Time | 15 hours/week
Work Hours: Must align with Eastern Time Zone business hours
Compensation: $7 to $8 USD/hour based on experience Type: Part Time | Long Term Potential

About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant with strong GoHighLevel experience to support an affiliate marketing and community building business. This role is ideal for someone who is confident managing GHL contacts, funnels, email lists, customer journeys, and social media engagement. You will also help with social media engagement, especially around live videos, community activity, and written messaging. There will be no phone calls and no direct customer conversations outside of written social media or email messaging.

Must Haves (Non Negotiable)
- You have built a working social media to GoHighLevel automation end to end, for example Facebook or Instagram comments and ---------- flowing into GHL as tagged contacts, not just planned or described one on paper
- You can troubleshoot a broken automation independently, including researching known platform limitations and documented workarounds, rather than defaulting to manual work when something stops firing
- Your GoHighLevel and ManyChat (or similar DM automation tool) knowledge comes from direct hands on use, not from AI generated answers you have not personally verified
- You can build contact capture flows that do not require collecting email and phone at signup unless specifically requested
- You are willing and available to complete a short paid trial project, building and demonstrating a working piece of the automation, before being placed with the client

What You'll Do
GoHighLevel / CRM Management Transfer email lists into GoHighLevel Import and organize leads, customers, and contacts from multiple sources Clean up and maintain contact records Segment leads and customers based on where they are in the customer journey Organize contacts into the correct funnels and pipelines Help set up and manage tags, lists, workflows, and automations inside GHL

integrate SMM to GHL.

Social Media Engagement Support engagement around social media content, especially live videos Monitor comments, reactions, and engagement from followers Send initial messages to people who engage with posts or live videos Use approved messaging scripts to start conversations Help build and maintain an active online community Track engaged contacts and make sure they are added into GHL properly


Email & Messaging Support Send written messages using approved scripts and brand voice Write in a natural, professional, U.S. style tone Communicate as an extension of the client's brand voice Support email list organization and funnel placement

Required Experience
Hands on experience with GoHighLevel / GHL Experience importing, organizing, tagging, and segmenting contacts Experience with social media engagement or community management Strong written English communication skills Ability to follow scripts while still sounding natural and human Highly organized and detail oriented Able to work independently and take initiative
