JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing US-based agency looking for a highly skilled, motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant & Coordinator. Please note our website is ----------

This role begins as a part-time position (20 hours/week) with set, clocked-in hours. For the right candidate who proves their skills, reliability, and drive, this will quickly scale into a full-time position (40 hours/week). You will work a split schedule or a specific window that allows for a 4-hour daily overlap with US business hours for live communication, team syncs, and updates.

Salary & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $6.50 USD per hour (Paid bi-weekly at $260 USD)

Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing & Outreach: Conduct market research to identify appropriate influencers for our clients. Handle the end-to-end outreach, follow-ups, and contract/rate negotiations.

GoHighLevel Management: Navigate and utilize GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage pipelines, track conversations, and assist with basic workflow/automations.

Content & Editor Logistics: Coordinate with video/content editors. Schedule shoots, track asset deadlines, and ensure final content is delivered on time in the correct format.

Content Scheduling: Social media management and publishing of finalized content on appropriate days and peak times.

Copywriting: Draft and fine-tune highly persuasive outreach emails, captions, and client communications. Your writing must be sharp, professional, and natural.

Data Tracking: Maintain clean, updated influencer lists and campaign KPIs using Google Sheets.

Required Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in Influencer Outreach, Digital Marketing, or Agency Coordination.

Tech Stack: Proficiency in GoHighLevel and Google Sheets is mandatory.

English Skills: Flawless verbal and written English. You must be comfortable negotiating and representing our brand to creators.

Creative thinking: Ability to contribute to strategy planning and effectively communicate a visual vision.

Work Ethic: Highly self-motivated, proactive, and sharp. You are someone who double-checks your work always before handing it in.
