Role Overview
This is a remote, full-time position supporting CGR's marketing and communications function. You will work closely with the marketing lead to execute content, manage social media, support
The right person for this role is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently. You follow instructions carefully, deliver clean work, and communicate well when you have questions.
What You Will Be Doing
Video Editing and Publishing
• Edit and format short-form and long-form video content for social media distribution
• Publish videos using HubSpot's social media scheduling tool (familiarity with HubSpot is a plus but not required)
• Ensure all published videos meet platform specs and brand guidelines
Graphic Design
• Create daily social media graphics using Canva or similar tools
• Maintain visual consistency with CGR brand colors, fonts, and style
• Design supporting assets for campaigns, events, and announcements as needed
SEO Content Creation
• Write and optimize blog posts, website copy, and other digital content using provided keyword lists
• Implement on-page SEO including meta titles, meta descriptions, header structure, and keyword placement
• Build and manage internal linking across pages and posts
• Ensure all images have descriptive alt text
• Audit existing content for SEO gaps and flag improvements to the marketing lead
Social Media Calendar Management
• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar across LinkedIn,
• Schedule and publish posts using HubSpot
• Track engagement and surface performance observations to the team
Email
• Assist with the development of drip campaign content and
• Help write, format, and schedule marketing
• Support list management and segmentation as directed
Cold
• Help draft and refine cold outreach scripts targeting new business and talent pipelines
• Assist with campaign setup and list preparation
• Track campaign performance and report key metrics
General Marketing Support
• Apply all of the above across CGR's affiliated business entities as directed
• Assist with internal communications, announcements, and other marketing deliverables
• Be resourceful, communicate proactively, and flag blockers early
Web Design
• Develop, design, and publish pages using Squarespace and Squarekicker
What We Are Looking For
• At least 1 to 2 years of marketing, content, or social media experience
• Strong written English communication skills
• Working knowledge of Canva for graphic creation
• Basic understanding of SEO principles including on-page optimization
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks without constant supervision
• Attention to detail and a habit of double-checking your work before submitting
• Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Google Docs, and social media platforms
• Video editing experience is a plus (CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
