About the Role
Join our Cebu team as a Marketing Assistant supporting our U.S. Marketing Manager. You’ll help manage our Amazon Seller Central account, keep product listings accurate, and follow up on every detail that keeps our online business running smoothly. If you’re organized, analytical, and love making things work perfectly, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
Review Amazon listings daily to fix errors, update content, and maintain brand quality.
Track sales data, ad performance, and inventory — then recommend next steps.
Coordinate with our Amazon agency and U.S. marketing team on campaigns and updates.
Assist with A+ Content, Storefronts, and keyword optimization.
Create weekly reports and follow up on open tasks or issues.
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central (or strong eCommerce skills).
Excellent attention to detail — you notice what others miss.
Strong in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Familiar with Canva, ChatGPT, or Helium10 (or eager to learn).
Great communication skills and reliable follow-through.
Comfortable working U.S. hours (Philippine afternoons/evenings).
Bonus Points
Microsoft Access skills.
Experience with toys, games, or consumer products.
