???? About The Role
We are building a high-performance marketing operation focused on creative strategy, content systems, and client growth!
This is not a basic admin role.
You will begin by supporting operational tasks, but over time you will be trained in creative execution, marketing strategy, and client management!
If you prove yourself, this role becomes highly scalable — including revenue share on clients you manage.
This is for someone who wants to grow into a serious marketing operator, not someone who just wants another job.

You will eventually join client calls. Fundamentals must already be there.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
This role grows in phases.
*Phase 1* – Admin & Operational Support
Setting up accounts
Sending
Organising Google Drive / Notion
Managing permissions
Keeping systems structured
Light scheduling & posting
This builds trust and operational understanding.
Phase 2 – Creative & Fulfilment
Brand research
Viral video research
Competitor analysis
Script drafting (training provided)
Creating image concepts
Carousel creation
Light editing
Social scheduling
You will be given structured training.
You are expected to learn independently and improve quickly.
Phase 3 – Strategy & Client Management
After proving capability:
Supporting strategy
Managing content calendars
Running fulfilment
Joining client calls
Eventually managing clients independently
At this level, you will earn a percentage(%) of retainers from clients you help manage. SCALEABLE $$$!!
