Key Responsibilities
Marketing Analytics
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics for social media campaigns (e.g.,
- Generate reports on key KPIs such as engagement rates, conversion rates, ROI, and audience growth; provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to optimize ad spend and content strategies.
Demographic Targeting and Customer Insights
- Research and segment target demographics using data from analytics tools, surveys, and market research to identify customer personas and preferences.
- Develop targeted marketing strategies that dial in on specific audience groups, improving personalization in ads,
- Track demographic trends and adjust campaigns to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
General Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing analytics.

Qualifications and Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on digital channels.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, social media analytics platforms, and

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
