Why This Role Exists
Most agency projects do not fail because the team lacks talent.
They fail because:
Client requests arrive faster than they get organized
Nobody is sure who owns the next step
Deadlines exist in someone's head instead of in the system
Work gets stuck between design, copy, and approval
One client's urgent request quietly delays three others
Blockers are discovered after the client is already waiting
Leadership cannot see what is actually happening across accounts
EcomIgnyte is a marketing agency serving multiple ecommerce brands. At any given time, we have designers, copywriters, media buyers,
Clearly scoped and assigned
Tracked in one place
Moved through production without stalling
Followed up on consistently
Visible to leadership
Measured honestly

Campaigns and launches ship on time across every brand
Work moves smoothly from brief to design, copy, review, and approval
Competing client priorities are managed deliberately, not by whoever asks loudest
Blockers are surfaced early, not after deadlines pass
Leadership gets accurate, organized reports on progress, time, and productivity

It is about running an agency production system where good people can do good work for many clients at once without confusion.
