JOB OVERVIEW

SKILLS

1. Ability to build on-brand well designed marketing presentations using the brand presentation template and design guide using Google slides (primary tool plus ideally Keynote and PowerPoint). This will include evolving content from other templates and utilising new content from other sources - word documents, media partner decks, research documents, You will be given strong direction but will need to add visual examples (e.g. an ad on a phone) and design simple charts and workflows. The decks will be used for new business meetings and proposals. Maintain a proposal library on server to ensure new proposals can be created quickly

2. Be the operations hub that ensures all project inputs (emails, meetings, internal discussions) are captured and turned into actions that are tracked and completed on time to keep everything moving. Plus create templates for briefs, internal management documents (WIP’s, campaign tracker, workflows) and then SOP’s to automate as much as possible. Plus setting up and using the right management tools

3. Work with MD to plan and deliver on business priorities each week including new business opportunities and bigger projects across multiple weeks. This will include research, generating data and insights, downloading brand assets via platform logins and generating information to a consistent template so strategies can be created and proposals sent.

4. Organise file structures on Google Drive, set and manage naming conventions, ensure all documents are captured, easy to find and consistently organised, including creative work.

5. Marketing management. Assist with updating wordpress website, evolving brand assets and template, plus linked in content using Canva . Implement and ma age CRM tool to grow prospects database, track cooms and identify opportunities for new projects.

CAPABILITIES
Proficient with Google (Docs, Drive, Workspace, Slides) & Microsoft suite of business tools
Proficiency in Canva would highly preferred plus Photoshop
Ability to utilise a range of AI tools for project management and other tasks - Claude Co work, Chat GPT, Read.ai, Notion
Use of CRM and comms tools eg. Hubspot & Zapier
