Small World Marketing is hiring a full-time Manager / Assistant / CSM to join our team. This role involves assisting with marketing campaigns, customer service coordination, and administrative support to ensure the success of our clients and internal team.
In other words, your job is to help me avoid going bankrupt, bursting into flames, or dying from stress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with tea
- Provide customer service support, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Assist in daily reporting, tracking campaign performance, and optimizing workflows.
- Manage administrative tasks related to marketing and customer accounts.
- Support the team in using marketing tools and platforms to streamline processes.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required to support the team’s goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a manager in a digital marketing agency (preferred niches: construction, home renovations, roofing, HVAC, etc.).
- Availability: Must be available during Canadian business hours for at least 30 hours per week.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail is a requirement. This position relies on your sharp eyes and ability to catch mistakes, typos, etc. If you are paying attention to this, send me the word banana in your introduction. Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Go High Level, Zapier/Pabbly Connect, and Canva.
- WordPress, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc., knowledge is considered an asset.
- Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
- Full-time position for a single individual (not subcontract-based).
