Aug 18, 2026
We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive Marketing & Account Specialist to support multiple brands, clients, campaigns, and events.
This role is for someone who can both create and execute.
You should be comfortable taking an idea or strategy and running with it: designing the graphic, drafting the caption, scheduling the post, building the email, launching the social ad, coordinating the deliverables, tracking the results, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You'll work closely with a Marketing Account Manager who leads higher-level strategy, creative direction, client relationships, messaging, and larger campaigns. Your job is to take meaningful ownership of execution and recurring marketing responsibilities so those projects don't require constant oversight.
We're looking for someone who can be handed a project and make it lighter for the rest of the team, not create another layer of project management.
What You'll Do
Social Media & Content
You'll take significant ownership of the day-to-day management of social media accounts.
Responsibilities include:
Build and maintain social media content calendars.
Draft captions, hooks, CTAs, and straightforward marketing copy.
Schedule and publish content across Instagram,
Adapt content appropriately for each platform rather than simply copying and pasting the same post everywhere.
Identify content opportunities from existing photos, videos, events, announcements, and business updates.
Research relevant trends, sounds, hashtags, competitors, and content opportunities.
Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and community engagement.
Handle routine community management using established brand guidelines.
Organize photo, video, graphic, and copy libraries.
Review performance and identify which content is working.
Help turn longer-form content into Reels, social posts, graphics, clips, and other reusable assets.
You should understand social media well enough that we don't need to explain the basics of what makes a good Instagram Reel, LinkedIn post,
Canva Design & Creative Production
Strong Canva skills are an important part of this position.
You should be able to create polished marketing materials from scratch, not simply swap text and photos into an existing template.
You'll be expected to:
Design original social media graphics in Canva.
Work within established templates and brand systems.
Create new templates when needed.
Translate a creative brief into a finished design.
Design event graphics, promotional materials, flyers, email graphics, digital ads, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
Resize and adapt creative for different platforms and placements.
Maintain consistency with established brand standards.
Source appropriate imagery and visual assets.
Make basic photo adjustments and video edits.
Create simple Reels and short-form video content.
Prepare files for digital or print use when needed.
You don't need to be a senior graphic designer, but you do need a strong visual eye.
We should be able to give you a brand guide, examples of previous work, and a goal and trust you to create something polished that feels like it belongs to that brand.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Paid Social Advertising
We're looking for someone with hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, particularly through Meta Ads Manager.
Responsibilities may include:
Build and launch
Set up campaign objectives, audiences, placements, budgets, and creative.
Create and test ad variations.
Install or work with existing tracking and conversion setups.
Monitor campaign pacing and spend.
Track metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL, conversions, and frequency.
Identify obvious performance issues and make basic optimizations.
Pause or adjust underperforming creative when appropriate.
Build basic retargeting and custom audience campaigns.
Prepare straightforward paid social performance reports.
Coordinate with outside paid media specialists or agencies on larger campaigns.
We're not necessarily looking for a full-time media buyer, but this person should have enough practical paid social experience to independently manage smaller campaigns and understand what they're looking at inside an ad account.
You should understand the difference between boosting a post and actually building a campaign in Ads Manager.
Marketing Execution
You'll help turn approved strategies and ideas into finished campaigns.
That could include:
Building email campaigns from approved copy.
Creating landing-page or website updates.
Creating UTMs, QR codes, forms, and tracking links.
Preparing promotional assets.
Coordinating campaign launches.
Updating CRM records.
Uploading content.
Managing distribution lists.
Testing links, forms, emails, and landing pages.
Proofreading campaign materials.
Checking dates, names, tags, logos, formatting, and other details before anything goes live.
Once a project moves into execution, we want you to be capable of owning as much of that process as possible.

You'll:

Create basic email graphics.
Manage links and CTAs.
Schedule campaigns.

Collect logos, headshots, bios, links, and other assets.
Track sponsor deliverables.
Coordinate event social media.

Create event graphics and collateral.

Maintain event timelines and checklists.
Help develop run-of-show documents.
Coordinate vendors.
Support influencer and media outreach.
Help organize photo and video capture.
Organize post-event content and assets.
Turn event content into post-event marketing.
Research, Outreach & Partnerships
You'll also assist with projects such as:
Influencer research and outreach.
Media list building.
Partnership research.
Community outreach.
Conference and speaking-opportunity research.
Competitor research.
Sponsor prospecting.
Contact research.
Maintaining outreach trackers.
Sending approved outreach and following up.
Tracking responses and next steps.
Strong internet research skills are extremely valuable in this position.

You'll help us understand what's working across our marketing channels.
You'll monitor and report on areas including:
Social media growth and engagement.
Content performance.
Paid social performance.
Website traffic.
Email
Campaign conversions.
Lead generation.
We're not looking for someone who simply exports numbers into a spreadsheet.
We want someone who can look at the results and say:
"This type of content consistently performs better."
"Our cost per lead increased significantly this month."
"This ad creative is outperforming the other variations."
"People are opening this email, but they aren't clicking."
Then help determine what we should test next.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has approximately 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in an agency, multi-brand, small-business, or similarly fast-moving environment.
We're specifically looking for someone who has experience across several areas rather than someone who has spent their entire career doing only one narrow marketing function.
You should have:
Professional social media management experience.
Strong Canva design skills, including creating designs from scratch.
Experience working within established brand templates and guidelines.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social budgets.
Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
Experience creating social media content.
Basic short-form video editing capabilities.

Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting.
Strong attention to detail.
Confidence learning new platforms and systems.
Bonus experience:
Adobe Creative Suite
TikTok advertising
LinkedIn advertising
Google Ads
CRM platforms
Marketing automation
Airtable
Website/CMS management
Event or conference marketing
Influencer marketing
PR/media outreach
Photography or videography
B2B marketing
Hospitality or restaurant marketing
Aviation marketing
How You Work
We're looking for someone who is:
A doer.
You enjoy actually producing the work, not just talking about what should be done.
Creative.
You can start with a blank Canva canvas and create something strong, not just edit templates.
Organized.
You can manage multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines without losing track of details.
Proactive.
You notice what needs to happen next and take action.
Resourceful.
When you don't know something, you research it, learn it, and come back with a solution.
Reliable.
When you take ownership of something, the team can stop worrying about it.
Comfortable with feedback.
You learn a brand's preferences over time rather than needing the same feedback repeatedly.
Independent, but collaborative.
You know what you can handle yourself, what needs approval, and when to ask for help.
Detail-oriented.
You notice the broken link, wrong date, misspelled name, outdated logo, strange crop, incorrect tag, or missing CTA before the client does.
What This Role Is NOT
This isn't an entry-level social media coordinator position where every caption, design, and decision will be handed to you.
It also isn't a senior marketing strategist role where your primary responsibility is developing high-level brand strategy.
We're looking for the person in between:
Someone experienced enough to independently own execution, creative production, and recurring marketing responsibilities while supporting the larger strategy.
You should be able to receive:
A goal
Brand guidelines
Existing context
A deadline
Some creative direction
…and take it significantly further without needing step-by-step instructions.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first few months, we should be able to hand increasingly large pieces of marketing execution over to you.
Instead of:
"Can you help me with this?"
becoming six additional questions and another project to manage, the response becomes:
"Yep. I've got it."
And then it gets done.
Success means:
Social calendars are consistently ahead of schedule.
You can independently create strong, on-brand Canva designs.
Routine content creation no longer requires constant oversight.
Smaller paid social campaigns can be trusted to you.
Client requests are tracked through completion.
Email
Projects move without someone chasing every next step.
Reporting leads to useful observations and recommendations.
Assets and information are organized and easy to find.
Deadlines rarely become emergencies.
You're able to own entire recurring workflows rather than individual tasks.
The goal isn't simply to assist the Marketing Account Manager.
The goal is to create enough trust that entire categories of work can move off their plate and become yours.
