You will work directly under our Marketing Team Lead, learning our systems and processes, with the goal of becoming a full Account Manager handling your own portfolio of clients within 30-60 days.
What you will be doing:
- Managing client communication over Slack. Sending updates, following up on deliverables, answering questions, and making sure every client feels taken care of. Your written communication needs to sound natural, professional, and human. Not robotic, not AI-generated.
- Joining video calls with clients for onboarding, check-ins, and performance reviews. You need to be comfortable on camera with a professional setup and strong English.
- Creating static ad images in Canva. You will design scroll-stopping
- Writing
Following up with clients to collect assets we need. Photos, videos, raw footage, logo files, Meta access, CRM setup. You are the person making sure nothing stalls.
- Building and uploading ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager based on direction from our team lead.
- Learning GoHighLevel (our CRM) and eventually managing client pipelines, automations, and lead flow.
Reporting on ad performance. Pulling numbers, putting together simple weekly updates, and flagging anything that needs attention.
What we need from you:
- Excellent written and spoken English. This is non-negotiable. You will be writing client-facing messages daily and joining video calls weekly. Your English needs to be fluent and natural.
- Strong Canva skills. You should be able to take a creative brief and produce polished, professional ad graphics without needing constant direction. Send us examples of your work.
- Understanding of Meta Business Suite and
- Ability to write ad copy and video scripts that sound like a real person talking. We will train you on our framework but you need to have a natural writing voice. If everything you write sounds like it came from AI, this is not the right fit.
- Good camera and internet for video calls. You will be on client calls regularly. Blurry webcam and choppy audio is not acceptable. Professional setup required.
- Self-starter who can follow SOPs and execute without being micromanaged. We will train you on our systems but once you learn them, we expect you to run with it.
- GoHighLevel experience is a plus but not required. We will train you.
Details:
Full time, 40 hours per week.
Must be available during US business hours (Central Time, GMT-6).
$300/week paid weekly.
Long-term position. We are growing and there is room to grow with us.
Start date: immediately.
