JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to conduct structured market research on small towns and cities in Texas, USA.

Your primary responsibility will be identifying communities that show stable population trends, strong economic stability, and limited competition in specific industries (primarily self-storage real estate).

This is research-heavy work that requires independent thinking, strong data gathering skills, and excellent organization.

Main Responsibilities
• Research towns and cities within a 90-minute drive of Frisco, Texas
• Collect and analyze population trends (recent and historical)
• Identify local economic activity and major employers
• Review school district enrollment trends and expansion activity
• Evaluate housing market activity (permits, development, home sales)
• Identify and analyze existing self-storage facilities in each town
• Determine if new storage construction has occurred or is planned
• Gather information from local government and public data sources
• Organize findings into structured spreadsheets
• Write short summary reports explaining key insights and risks
