About Us
We are an established Australian IT company specialising in supporting the architecture and building design industry.
After more than 15 years working with architecture and design practices, we developed **ReclaimerCC**—a software solution that is new to the market and designed to simplify Adobe licence management.
As we introduce ReclaimerCC commercially, we're looking for someone to help us build and maintain the highest quality contact database in the Australian architecture and design market.
This is a long-term opportunity to join us at an exciting stage, where you'll have the chance to grow alongside both the product and the business.
About the Role
This role is primarily focused on market research, data quality and business development support.
You won't be making sales or working from scripts. Instead, you'll be helping us identify the right firms and the right people to speak with.
The information you collect will be used to help us introduce our software to architecture and design firms via personalised
Your work will directly contribute to the growth of our business.
Responsibilities
* Research architecture, interior design, landscape architecture and building design firms throughout Australia.
* Build and maintain an accurate database of companies.
* Identify key decision makers, including:
* IT Managers
* Practice Managers
* Operations Managers
* BIM Managers
* Digital Practice Managers
* Directors (where appropriate).
* Contact firms by phone to verify decision makers and contact details where required.
* Locate business
* Maintain and update our CRM/database and spreadsheets.
* Identify new firms entering the market and keep existing information up to date.
* Perform general market research to support the growth of ReclaimerCC.
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who:
* Has excellent written and spoken English.
* Is confident speaking professionally over the phone.
* Enjoys internet research and finding accurate information.
* Has excellent attention to detail.
* Is organised, reliable and able to work independently.
* Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
Experience with LinkedIn, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or CRM systems will be highly regarded.
Hours
Approximately **10 hours per week** (around **2 hours per day, Monday to Friday**).
We're looking for someone interested in a long-term role as the business grows.

Success isn't measured by the number of phone calls you make.
Success is building and maintaining the highest quality database of architecture and design firms in Australia, with accurate and verified decision-maker information that allows us to confidently introduce ReclaimerCC to the right people.
