Now we’re bringing our DM funnel system fully in-house, and we need someone to own it.

The Role

???? This is a high-performance role, we are only looking for candidates with proven ManyChat funnel experience.

Your job is simple (but high-impact):

???? Build, manage, and optimize DM funnels that turn followers into booked calls

This includes:
• Instagram & Facebook ---------- automation
• Comment ? DM ? booking flows
• Lead tracking and integrations

?? What You’ll Do

1. Build ManyChat Funnels
• Create DM funnels from scratch (IG + Facebook)
• Trigger flows from comments, DMs, and keywords
• Fix bugs and keep flows running smoothly

2. Connect the Tech
• Integrate ManyChat with:
• Close CRM
• ConvertKit (Kit)
• Zapier
• Calendly
• Make sure every lead is tracked properly

3. Optimize Performance
• Monitor:
• Opt-in rates
• Click rates
• Conversion to booked calls
• Improve funnels based on data

4. Support Campaign Launches
• Prepare funnels before launches
• Be available during live campaigns to fix issues fast

5. Maintain Evergreen Funnels
• Build funnels that run daily (24/7 lead generation)

? Requirements (IMPORTANT)

MUST HAVE:
• 2+ years using ManyChat
• Experience building Instagram DM funnels
• Experience with Zapier integrations
• Understanding of lead funnels (not just automation)
• Strong English (written + spoken)
• Fast and responsive

BONUS:
• Experience with high-ticket funnels ($5K+ offers)
• Close CRM or ConvertKit experience
• Worked with influencers or personal brands
