Manufacturing Order Project Manager – Manufacturing & Supply Chain

Our Supply Chain operations team is growing and we’re looking for a highly disciplined and detail-oriented Manufacturing Order Project Manager to manage the full lifecycle of our manufacturing orders. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role where your ability to track, organize, and drive clarity will directly impact the success of our products.
You will own the coordination and communication between our internal teams and our partner factories with 15+ active manufacturing orders at any given time, each at different stages—from purchase order to production, inspection, and shipment. You are responsible for ensuring every detail is captured, every dependency is tracked, and every issue is proactively managed.

****Key Responsibilities****
**End-to-End Order Ownership
Manage 15+ concurrent manufacturing orders across all stages.
Track every milestone: PO issuance, materials, production, packaging, inspection, and shipment.
Ensure nothing falls through the cracks across multiple timelines.
**Project & Task Management
Break down each order into clear milestones and actionable tasks.
Assign ownership, due dates, and dependencies.
Maintain structured tracking systems (ClickUp or similar).
Proactively identify risks before they become delays.
Note: You must be comfortable operating at an intermediate project management level using real-world judgment—not just theory.
**Factory & Supplier Coordination
Communicate daily with factories to track progress and resolve issues.
Ask the right questions to get to clear, accurate information.
Push for updates and escalate when timelines are at risk.
**Creative & Packaging Coordination
Work with marketing/creative teams to ensure packaging and artwork are aligned with production timelines.
Track all creative requests and ensure readiness before production.
**Quality & Inspection Ownership
Coordinate inspections and ensure inspection guides are accurate and complete.
Review reports and identify issues that impact product quality.
Work with vendors to resolve defects and ensure standards are met.
**Process Improvement
Improve how we work—not just follow existing processes.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and recurring issues.
Propose and implement better systems, tools, and workflows.

****Required Experience & SkillsProject Management****
3+ years managing multiple projects or orders simultaneously.
Strong ability to break work into tasks, milestones, and dependencies.
Experience using tools like ClickUp, Asana,
Manufacturing / Operations
Experience working with suppliers, production timelines, or order management.
Exposure to international vendors (China experience is a strong plus).

Comfortable asking detailed questions to gain clarity.
****Preferred Background****
Supply Chain Background doing similar work
Industrial/Mechanical Engineering is a plus as it helps with understanding inspection results (preferred but not required)
Experience in product-based or eCommerce businesses is a plus.
