-We focus on high-end aesthetic treatments (Botox, Fillers, PRP) with a membership-based model.

Role Overview;
We’re hiring an Executive Virtual Assistant to work directly with the founder.
-This is not a basic VA role.
-You will learn the business, help build systems, and eventually take on leadership responsibilities.

What You’ll Do
1. Learn & Build Systems;
-Go through our training modules and take structured notes
-Help implement systems (CRM, workflows, processes)
-Turn ideas into organized, repeatable systems

2. Social Media & Marketing;
Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
Create simple content using Canva
Schedule posts and track performance
Assist with email campaigns and promotions

3. Operations & Sales
-Manage CRM, bookings, and calendar
-Track KPIs (daily/weekly performance)
-Handle inbound calls, texts, and emails
-Explain services and close membership sales

Who This Is For;
-You are a “figure it out” person
-You don’t wait for instructions — you solve problems
-You are comfortable learning new tools quickly
-You are organized and detail-oriented

Requirements;
-Strong spoken English (you will be on calls with U.S. clients)
-Experience with sales calls / appointment setting
-Experience with social media + Canva
-Comfortable speaking, selling, and handling objections
