JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview

We are seeking a Manager of People & Culture to lead core HR operations while managing internal IT administration and employee systems.

This role will oversee the full employee lifecycle — from recruiting and onboarding to performance management and engagement — while ensuring compliance with U.S. labor laws and maintaining the systems and tools that support a remote workforce.

This position blends people operations, HR compliance, and IT/SaaS administration to ensure employees have the resources, support, and infrastructure needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
People & Culture / HR

* Manage end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
* Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
* Implement and support performance management and employee development
* Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
* Support compensation, benefits administration, and incentive programs
* Maintain employee contracts, HR documentation, and personnel records
* Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and HR best practices
* Prepare HR reports and support leadership with workforce insights

HR Systems & Compliance

* Administer Rippling HRIS and employee lifecycle processes
* Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation
* Coordinate payroll support and HR compliance processes

IT & Systems Administration

* Manage employee system access, onboarding/offboarding permissions
* Administer SaaS subscriptions and software licenses
* Oversee IT asset management, including laptops and equipment
* Coordinate with external IT vendors as needed

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* 5+ years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience
* Knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR compliance
* Experience with HRIS systems (Rippling preferred)
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information

Preferred Experience

* Supporting U.S.-based companies with remote teams
* Experience with Rippling PEO, payroll systems, or SaaS administration
* Experience in retail, multi-site, or high-growth environments

Compensation: ?150,000 – ?200,000 PHP per month, depending on experience
