We are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Operations & Marketing Content Manager to support day-to-day business operations while driving digital marketing efforts and content execution.
This position is perfect for someone who can effectively manage systems, run marketing campaigns, produce high-quality content, and ensure operations stay organized and efficient. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused — able to plan initiatives while also bringing them to life.
You should have a strong understanding of what makes content successful, why it resonates, and how to scale it across multiple platforms while maintaining smooth backend operations.
This is a fast-paced role best suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is highly organized, and is comfortable navigating multiple tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Management
Oversee and execute marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta
Develop, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
Support lead generation strategies and broader digital marketing initiatives
Track campaign performance and provide insights for optimization
Collaborate on ad creative development and campaign strategy
Content Strategy & Social Media
Build and manage short-form content strategies across various platforms
Plan and maintain consistent content calendars
Stay current on social media trends, algorithms, and engagement tactics
Optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions
Short-Form Content Creation
Produce and manage high-performing short-form video content
Create compelling hooks, scripts, storyboards, and frameworks
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets
Editing & Production
Edit video content using CapCut, ensuring consistency and quality
Apply captions, transitions, effects, and branding in line with company standards
Optimize videos based on platform-specific best practices
Operations & Systems Management
Utilize Go High Level CRM for lead tracking, automation, and client management
Maintain internal systems and documentation using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Organize marketing assets and internal files
Ensure processes remain structured, efficient, and compliant
Team Coordination & Communication
Work closely with leadership and tea
Manage communication and workflows through Slack, Zoom, Gmail, and Calendly
Support scheduling, project coordination, and day-to-day operations
Performance & Optimization
Monitor marketing and content performance metrics
Analyze data to identify successful strategies and scalable opportunities
Continuously refine campaigns and content for improved results

Required Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or operations
Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns and execute content strategies
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and digital marketing principles
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Availability to work full-time (8 hours per day, 5 days per week)
