JOB OVERVIEW

THE PROJECT
We are a US-based legal and title services company. We have a partially built ---------- automation pipeline that pulls data from multiple websites, processes it through the Claude AI API, and delivers a formatted report to end users. The foundation is built. We need an expert to fix three known issues, add two additional data sources, build four remaining automation scenarios, and then replicate the entire setup for six additional geographic regions.
Full technical documentation and a detailed handoff brief will be provided to candidates who reach the interview stage.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Fix three known bugs in an existing ---------- multi-module scenario (async timing, field mapping, and a Browse.ai selector issue)
• Integrate two additional data sources into the pipeline using Browse.ai and ---------- HTTP modules
• Build four new ---------- scenarios for report delivery, reviewer approval workflow, and post-event monitoring
• Replicate the full pipeline setup for six additional geographic regions (same structure, different source URLs)
• Deliver written documentation of all work completed

YOU MUST HAVE
• ---------- — advanced: multi-module scenarios, webhooks, HTTP modules, JSON parsing, Google Sheets integration
• Browse.ai — intermediate or above: Robot Studio, Chrome Extension, handling JavaScript-rendered sites, connecting to ----------
• Claude API or any LLM API — called via ---------- HTTP module, prompt construction, JSON response parsing
• Strong English written communication — you will submit status updates and documentation
• Ability to work independently from a technical brief without hand-holding

NICE TO HAVE
• Experience scraping real estate data (Zillow, Redfin, MLS, or similar)
• Experience with US government or court records websites
• Basic JavaScript or Python for troubleshooting

COMPENSATION
$1,000 USD fixed fee paid across four milestones tied to tested deliverables. Additional $150 bonus if fully complete within 3 weeks. Strong candidates will be offered a monthly maintenance retainer upon project completion.
Payment will be completed via Wise.
