Scope of work:
maintenance coordinating, customer messaging/calls, related and unrelated tasks, supervising detailers and handyman
PAY: $4/hr + bonus and bonus is $0-3.50/hr, potential of up to $7.50/hr

MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN MAINTENANCE COORDINATION OR SIMILARLY RELATED FIELD (PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WHERE YOU CLOSELY WORKED WITH HANDYMAN OR CONTRACTORS) OR AT LEAST 1000 TICKETS RESOLVED FOR MAINTENANCE RELATED ISSUES.
