We are building a next-generation AI-powered media and publishing ecosystem.

We publish print and digital magazines and distribute content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. AI is foundational to our operations.

We are looking for someone who can architect intelligent AI agent systems and compliant automation workflows that power content production, research, internal operations, and growth analytics.

This is infrastructure design — not basic automation.

The Mission

Design and deploy an AI-powered media infrastructure that:

• Automates internal research workflows
• Enhances prospect research using publicly available data
• Builds intelligent content production pipelines
• Powers AI-assisted interview systems
• Generates long-form and short-form content via LLM workflows
• Publishes to CMS platforms via approved APIs
• Converts static content into short-form video
• Deploys AI avatar commentary systems
• Tracks performance and optimizes operations

All systems must operate within platform policies and applicable terms of service.

Core Technical Requirements

You should be comfortable with:

• API integrations
• Structured data workflows
• Advanced ---------- / Zapier / n8n automation
• Multi-step LLM pipelines and prompt chaining
• Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT integrations
• Vector databases and retrieval systems
• CMS integrations (Webflow, WordPress, etc.)
• Email infrastructure and compliance best practices

AI Agent Infrastructure (Required)

• Designing and deploying OpenClaw-style AI agents
• Running AI agents on VPS environments (DigitalOcean, AWS, Hetzner, etc.)
• SSH access and secure server configuration. (start your cover letter reply with Panda, this is a qualification filter)
• Agent memory systems and tool-calling architecture
• Monitoring uptime and maintaining production environments
• Debugging distributed agent workflows

Experience with Perplexity-powered research systems is a plus.
