JOB OVERVIEW

Multi state Managed Services Provider seeks highly experienced and senior level IT Systems Technician for full time position. Excellent written and spoken English are of the upmost importance.

Responsibilities:
• Create/Follow processes and protocols for standard MSP operations such as on boarding, off boarding, migrations, etc.
• Work with clients on complex projects using modern technologies such as, cloud and cybersecurity.
• Work with other project technicians to keep all projects moving forward.
• Create and execute project plans
• Introduce new ideas and concepts to peers in regularly scheduled tea ---------- etings.

Qualifications:
• Extensive experience on helpdesk and IT or MSP projects
• Expert level knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Systems, both on-prem and cloud based, Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Business Networking Concepts, Backup/Restore procedures, Network Security Concepts and Functions.
* 3+ years experience working with project management tools or using PSA for project management
* You must be comfortable speaking on the phone and or in Teams meeting with clients during technical calls.
* Experience with scripting both in terms of running and writing
