JOB OVERVIEW

Move One is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator / Analyst with 1–3 years of experience in Microsoft D365 and ERP systems to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy professional to manage and enhance business-critical applications that support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support and help desk services for MS D365 applications.

Configure key modules, including General Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Project Management & Accounting, Fixed Asset, Warehouse Management, and Administration.

Manage user access and permissions within D365.

Modify and maintain D365 workflows to optimize processes.

Maintain the application environment for production and disaster recovery.

Develop and deliver custom reports to meet business requirements.

Apply system fixes and updates as needed.

Liaise and manage third-party service providers for system development and implementation projects.

Document business requirements to clearly define actions and expected outcomes of solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience supporting Microsoft D365.

Strong knowledge of SQL Server stack (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS).

Ability to work effectively with end users and third-party vendors.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to deliver results within deadlines.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in implementing business-critical applications.

Advantageous Skills:

Experience with business intelligence tools.

Knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, HTML, CSS, XML/XLT, MS Access.
