Light Up Your Holidays is a premier, woman-owned holiday lighting and décor company serving the Chicagoland area for over 20 years. We design, install, maintain, and remove elegant lighting displays for homes and businesses—creating ---------- nts that turn into lifelong memories.

Behind the scenes, our operation runs on highly customized ---------- boards, automations, and integrations. They’re powerful, complex, and essential to how we scale.

Now we’re looking for a high-level ---------- expert who can step in, take ownership, and keep the system running smoothly—while helping us evolve it as the business grows.

This is not a beginner role. We’re looking for someone who really knows what they’re doing.

You’re not just “good with Monday”—you’re a systems thinker and automation architect.

You understand how businesses actually run, and you know how to build workflows that support real humans doing real work. You’re calm, precise, and proactive. When something breaks, you fix it. When something can be better, you see it immediately.

You don’t overbuild for ego. You build for clarity, efficiency, and scale.

What You’ll Do
1) ---------- Board + Automation Management

Manage and maintain our custom-built ---------- boards

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automations

Build new automations as workflows evolve

Ensure data flows cleanly across boards and teams

2) Reporting, Dashboards + Visibility

Create and refine dashboards, widgets, and reports

Help leadership quickly see what’s happening (without digging)

Improve visibility across sales, operations, installs, and projects

3) Integrations + Zapier Oversight

Manage and troubleshoot Zapier integrations

Repair broken zaps and improve reliability

Maintain links between Monday and other platforms

Proactively suggest smarter integrations when needed

4) Ongoing Systems Support

Act as our go-to Monday expert as needs arise

Advise on structure, scale, and best practices

Help us keep systems clean as complexity increases

What We’re Looking For

? Required:

Advanced, hands-on experience with ----------

Strong understanding of automations, dashboards, and reporting

Experience managing Zapier integrations

Ability to work independently and communicate clearly

Proven experience supporting real business operations (not just theory)

Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)

CRM and sales pipeline experience

Background supporting service-based, creative, or high-touch businesses

About the Role

On-call as needs arise (with the potential for ongoing engagement)
