Traffic + Conversion Focus

Remote | Hourly | Long-Term | U.S. EST Collaboration

I am hiring a performance-driven Meta Ads specialist who understands both traffic generation and conversion optimization.
This is not a “boost posts” role.

This is not for someone experimenting with ads.

If you only manage campaigns but don’t think about funnel performance, creative psychology, and cost per acquisition — this is not the position.

I am looking for someone who understands the full path:
Ad ? Click ? Landing Page ? Lead ? Follow-up ? Sale ? Scale

What You Will Be Responsible For
• Generating qualified leads through Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Leveraging Meta’s AI (Andromeda optimization system) properly
• Structuring campaigns strategically (CBO / ABO / structured testing)
• Creative testing: hooks, angles, messaging
• Lowering cost per lead and cost per acquisition
• Improving landing page conversion rates
• Identifying and fixing funnel leaks
• Scaling campaigns based on data, not emotion

This is performance-driven.
We measure success by:
• Cost per lead
• Cost per acquisition
• Conversion rate
• Scalability
Not impressions. Not vanity metrics.

You Must Understand
• Creative testing frameworks
• Audience segmentation and scaling strategy
• Retargeting structure
• Pixel & conversion tracking accuracy
• Funnel alignment and offer positioning
• Attribution and data analysis
• How Meta’s AI optimization actually works
You think in systems, not just ads.

Compensation
• Hourly (competitive, based on experience)
• Paid weekly
• 5–15 hours per week to start
