JOB OVERVIEW

META ACCOUNT RECOVERY & ONLINE REPUTATION VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant / Online Reputation Specialist with proven experience resolving difficult Facebook/Meta account issues and protecting the online reputation of businesses and business owners.

This is NOT a general social media posting position. We need someone who understands Meta’s support, recovery, verification, reporting, and escalation processes.

*Primary Responsibilities
Facebook / Meta Recovery
-Assist with reclaiming ownership and administrative control of Facebook Business Pages.
-Resolve Facebook Page ownership and Business Portfolio/Business Manager disputes.
-Handle hacked, disabled, restricted, suspended, or inaccessible Facebook/Instagram accounts.
-Research current Meta policies and determine the appropriate recovery or appeal process.
-Work with Meta Business Support and properly track support case numbers.
-Prepare documentation needed to establish legitimate business/Page ownership.
-Assist with business verification, identity verification, admin-access disputes, and impersonation reports.
-Draft professional appeals and escalation requests.
-Follow up consistently until cases are resolved or all legitimate escalation options have been exhausted.
-Maintain detailed records of every submission, response, case number, date, and next step.

*Online Reputation Management
-Search Google and other major platforms for negative content involving our companies, brands, executives, and business -names.
-Identify false, defamatory, duplicate, impersonating, fraudulent, outdated, or policy-violating content.
-Submit legitimate requests for removal of content that violates platform policies.
-Handle Google Business Profile, Facebook, Yelp, BBB, directory, forum, and website complaint/review issues when applicable.
-Contact website owners or publishers regarding inaccurate or unauthorized information when appropriate.
-Document screenshots, URLs, dates, and evidence before requesting removals.
-Monitor search-engine results for new negative or inaccurate information.
-Assist with suppression strategies when legitimate content cannot be removed.
-Help improve the amount of accurate, authoritative, positive information appearing in Google search results.

*REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Applicants must have actual experience with:

-Meta Business Manager / Business Portfolio
-Facebook Page ownership recovery
-Facebook hacked-account recovery
-Meta Support escalation
-Facebook/Instagram appeals
-Google Business Profile reputation issues
-Online review removal requests
-Online reputation management
-Search-result monitoring
-Content/reporting policy research

VERY IMPORTANT

-We are not looking for anyone using hacking, fake accounts, bots, fake reviews, threats, or other methods that violate platform policies.
-We want someone who knows how to work within the legitimate escalation, appeals, reporting, legal, and reputation-management processes.

-How do you escalate a Meta case when standard support is not resolving the issue?
-Give an example of a negative online review or search result you successfully had removed.
-Explain why the content qualified for removal.
-What do you do when negative content does not qualify for removal?
-Which platforms have you handled: Google, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, BBB, Ripoff Report, Reddit, news websites, blogs, or others?
-What reputation-monitoring tools do you use?
-Provide screenshots, case studies, references, or other proof of successful work where confidentiality permits.

Screening Requirement

-Applicants who simply say “I can remove all reviews” or “100% guaranteed Facebook recovery” will not be considered.
-We want someone with legitimate, documented experience who understands that Meta and other platforms ultimately control reinstatement and content-removal decisions.

*Initial Trial

The selected applicant will begin with a paid 14-day trial assignment involving an active Meta/Facebook recovery matter and an online-reputation audit.

Long-term work is available for the right person.
